According to the new reports, Apple will unveils its next generation of iPad and iPad mini on 21st Oct.
The latest rumor says that it might be called the iPad Mini Air. It will also be about 30 percent thinner than the second iPad Mini, which will bring its thickness to 5.25mm. It might have an A8 processor and an 8Mp iSight camera, and it is likely that the price will be the same as iPad Mini Retina. On the other hand, the iPad Air 2 is believed to have 2 GB RAM, which will enable the device to have split-screen multitasking capability. Both may come with the iOS 8.

New Keyboard: New keyboard can be installed removing the original Apple keyboard. There will be tons of Apple approved keyboards available later the will give you an alternative to Apple’s built in keyboard.
Battery Life: In iOS 8, there is a battery usage tool that will tell you which apps are hogging your battery and how to act on them.
FaceTime will be "100x" Better Audio Quality: If you like using FaceTime to talk to your friends, you will want to upgrade to iOS 8. The audio quality is going to be much, much better. Plus, you will be able to see the person you are talking to and, now, hear them much better.
The iPad arrivals will be a challenge of the new Google Nexus 7.
