How to remove ads popups cuttheproice and so

While browsing we may come across annoying advertisements in multiple forms, including pop ups, auto playing ads and more. This may be due to the presence of unwanted programs installed on your computer.

 For the windows users google chrome recommends to use the Software Removal Tool to find these tricky files on your computer. It’s an application that searches your computer for suspicious programs and offers to remove them for you.

To remove ads (cuttheproice) extention

      

       1.      Go to Google chrome. Click the customize and control icon (three horizontal bars in the upper right hand corner).Hover the mouse over Tools and then click Extensions.

Here you can see the list of extensions on your chrome. You can see Cuttheproice extension too.

       2.      Your can delete this by clicking on the trash icon corresponding the extension.

Note: This only delete the extension temporarily sometimes. When you restart chrome again the extension may raise again due to the presence of a source file of it in your computer.

To permanently delete it…

     

        3.      Before deleting the extension from chrome, check the Developer mode in the upper right hand corner. This displays the exact file location of the source file from where it is loading (as Loaded from: c:\...... ).

      

             

 

 

        4.      Go to the location and delete the files. ( sometimes clicking the link takes you to the source files folder. Then take a back and delete the folder completely)

        

        5.      Then remove the extension as seen in step3.

        6.      Finally restart chrome and that’s it…!!!
